Intellectual property rights are like any other property right. They allow creators, or owners, of patents, trademarks or copyrighted works to benefit from their own work or investment in a creation. Picture Exchange Communication System, PECS, and Pyramid Approach to Education are the registered trademarks of Pyramid Educational Consultants, Inc. Pyramid also holds Copyrights related to our workshops, products, Pics for PECS images and other materials that are not permitted for commercial use.
This site and the content provided in this site, including, but not limited to, graphic images, audio, video, html code, buttons, and text, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without the prior written consent of Pyramid, except that you may download, display, and print one copy of the materials on any single computer solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the material in any way and you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.
Publishers or writers often request the use of our photographs, graphics, Pics for PECS images and/or other materials for their commercial use. If you would like to obtain permission from Pyramid to use our intellectual property, please complete and submit a request here.
Please help us maintain the integrity of PECS and the Pyramid Approach to Education by discouraging the practice of unauthorized PECS and Pyramid training or other uses of our intellectual property.
